1. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel the project before work begins or before approval of the initial design style to receive a full refund of any upfront payments.
• Once the initial design style is approved and work has commenced, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds based on the work completed proportionally.
• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the project has been completed and final deliverables have been uploaded or handed over.

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds will be processed only if the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved by the client.
• Partial refunds may be issued if there is a failure to deliver as per the agreed delivery schedule or quality standards after the initial design approval. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.
• No refunds will be provided for completed projects or for services that have already been rendered.
• Requests for refunds or dissatisfaction must be communicated promptly to the project manager; later complaints or refund requests will not be entertained.

3. Processing of Refunds

• Refunds (full or partial) will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 to 180 business days depending on the payment method and service type.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed at the contract’s outset (e.g., check or credit card).

4. Ownership and Use of Work

• Upon receiving refunds, all rights to any completed or partial work remain with the design service provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Completed work that has been delivered remains the property of the provider if a refund is granted after delivery.

5. Communication and Support

• Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues or refund requests as early as possible to allow for negotiation and resolution.
• Clear and timely communication will help avoid unnecessary disputes and support a fair resolution process.
